Our facility is 100% peanut free. We may occasionally use ingredients that are processed in facilities that also process peanuts, but we do not bring in any ingredients that actually contain peanuts.

We have about 50 Sorbetto flavors in rotation and all of them are vegan/dairy-free and egg free, except for Tiramisu and Zabaglione, both of which contain eggs.

Most flavors are also soy free and gluten free.

All flavors of Granita are vegan, dairy-free, and gluten free. 

Cross contamination warning: We have a very small kitchen and all of our sorbetto is prepared from scratch in the same space. We have two soft serve machines. One of them is dedicated for flavors containing tree nuts and/or eggs.
