We’re often asked what kind of milk we’re using and the answer is none.
If it’s Strawberry Sorbetto, it’s MADE OF STRAWBERRIES.
DID YOU KNOW??
Most soft serve you find at roadside shops is not ice cream at all, and does not even contain milk. It's powdered corn syrup, oil, and stabilizers. Just add water! That might be tasty, but we think Smudge is better. If you're going for the milk-free soft serve, go for the good stuff.
